Album that really doesn't deliver much of anything new
COMMENTS:
Dephosphorus, who call their brand of grindcore "astrogrind", have released a new album entitled 'Impossible Orbits'. What this new album has is some catchy adoration of the original wave of grindcore with really weird, off-rhythm vocals. What the album doesn't have is any new direction or sound. This album sounds like the band's prior efforts and even though the tracks rarely exceed 3 minutes in length, grinds on your nerves after a while. In small doses it is a fun listen but not one you'll want to play from start to finish.
