Doomy death with some post rock mixed in
COMMENTS:
Bits of melody and clean passages are draped in a dolorous shroud of gloom. Growly vocals lend to the doom vibe. The clean passages are a nice palate cleanser before diving back into more doom-laden guitar work. I can't get over the inclusion of the post rock, it was a very welcome surprise and really is the star of the show for me. The doom portions are very moody and bombastic and feels as though it is pressing all of its monstrous weight directly down on you. This is definitely a mix you won't hear from lots of band so grab this one before this band blows up.
