Bouncy hard rock from New Zealand with some versatile vocals
Comments:
Have you ever heard, 'We Are HUGE in New Zealand'? This band actually is. Devilskin's 2014 debut went to number one in their country, propelled by hit singles 'Little Pills' and 'Never See the Light'. This new album has the same momentum, driven by bouncy washing-machine riffs and some aggressive singing from Jennie Skulander. Her delivery is a soothing clean vocal style but mixes in some rough screams to keep the listener on the edge.
Recommended for fans of:
Disturbed, Godsmack
