San Francisco speedy metal that has a traditional feel
COMMENTS:
Hell Fire are a San Francisco independent band that released their debut, 'Metal Masses', in March of 2016. It's probably a little more speed metal than what is sometimes labeled new wave of traditional heavy metal. Faster, thrash like sections are punctuated by double-bass and quick solos. Vocalist Jake Nunn, who also fronts old-schoolers Sentinel Beast, is a little rough but hits those classic high screams ala Nasty Ronnie or Dan Beehler. If you have to look up either of those singers...Hell Fire probably isn't for you. 'Sirens of the Hunter' is a mandatory listen along with the somber 'Islands of Hell'.
RECOMMENDED FOR FANS OF:
Early Jag Panzer, Metallica and Iced Earth
