New guitarist Philip Xenidis finally gets to officially show off his chops with Bon Jovi for this new record. The Greek-Canadian has big shoes to fill with replacing Richie, but so far so good. 'This House Is Not for Sale' is apparently about integrity and having nothing left to prove...for Bon Jovi. Most of the album fits Jon's commercially accessible rock but there are some style points both lyrically and musically. "We Don't Run" is an anthemic pop anthem while the title track is the most rock solid of the group.
