Hard to believe this band is from Greece. Morphine Social Club are this wacky psychedelic band that shows off late 60s and early 70s lyrical influences. Musically, it's heavy fuzz on a mid-paced rhythm. It has plenty of room to breathe, giving attention to up front bass licks and spaced out percussion. "Starship of Perception" is experimental, a slow burn of atmosphere while cranking the stoner vibe high. "Your Sun Is So Toxic" is heavy distortion, an interesting closing instrumental. I'd be curious to hear a full-length.
