This Finnish fuzz is Kaiser and '1st Sound' is their fitting debut. It's your typical stoner album with plenty of thick and highly distorted riffs and bass. Vocally, sort of a Count Raven meets John Garcia type of flavor. Some may say desert rock or doom...the bottom line is that it's the same sort of buzzing sound that Sabbath put in place over 50 years ago. The songs average around four-minutes and never become too self-indulgent to tire the listener. I'd be curious to hear a second effort.
