Gohrgone churns out some of the grooviest death metal I've heard in a long time with "Finis Ixion". From start to finish, you will be banging your head with passion and consistency and might want to keep a supply of aspirin on standby. Well-constructed songs replete with the previously mentioned riffs makes this album a pure joy to listen to. I found myself throwing this on when I was looking for that album to provide me with an outlet for any built-up aggression. And if the riffs weren't enough, the vocals, production and overall quality are on point. Hail the horns for this album! \m/
