Continuing the momentum of 2014's Megalomania, Kissin' Dynamite score again with less ballsy bravado and a few pokes at the millennium crowd and social media fascination. Time will tell if some of the topical lyrics will hold up over the years ("Hashtag your life, hashtag your mind, hashtag your lonely, lonely life"), but if you need the melodic hard rock fix Edguy hasn't been providing, Generation Goodbye is a catchy mix of up-tempo rockers and radio-friendly power ballads with the big gang harmonies those Germans are known for.
