Hard to believe there's an album worse than "Lulu" this year! Well "A Vulgar Display of Obscurity" comes close. Sounding like it was recorded in a garage, with riffs so basic toddlers could play them on a Fisher Price guitar, it's listed as a comedy concept album with 40 tracks that are a combo of 1 min skits and 1 min songs that are a cross between Punk/Thrash. Steel Panther it ain't! Both use filth for comedic effect but there's a line between being a parody and entertaining as opposed to simply trying to shock and disgust by being over the top. Bottom line: If you're in Grade 5, you'll dig this!
