This is an album that you can listen to from start to finish without having to skip a track, a rarity these days. From opening track "The Alpha of the Antichrist" to closer "To Dare the Tower", the band mashes their foot down on the accelerator & sends you hurtling at full speed towards a giant concrete wall. Musically, you get a great mix of vintage black metal combined with the more current sound. Atonal chords, tremolo picking & heavy distortion make you feel right at home. The only drawback I had with the album was that the vocals seem to be hit and miss. This album is definitely one worth giving some time to listen to, you won't be sorry.
